How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are despatched next working day. Please refer to delivery tab for full details of options available. If we are unable to despatch next working day we will contact you to advise.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the very unlikely event that your parcel arrives squashed or appears to have been tampered with, we advise you not to accept the parcel and to contact us immediately. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale at the bottom of the page for full information.
All items are fully inspected before being packed, In the very unlikely event that your item/s appears damaged upon opening your parcel please contact us immediately. We may ask you to save the wrapping and to return the item/s to us for investigation. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for full details.
I want to return the order or an item from my order.
No problem as you are covered by our 14 day Returns Policy. Just return the item/s in their original condition and packaging for refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for full details on how to do this. However, we hope that you will enjoy your selection and shop from us often.
How long does it take to refund back onto my card?
As soon as the returned item/s have satisfactorily passed returns inspection, we will initiate a refund to the card used for payment. We aim to process returns within 5 days of receipt back into our system. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale for full details.
